Morgan Tuck is a Law Clerk at Freedman Law, LLC., assisting in all aspects of our employment law practice. Ms. Tuck first joined Freedman Law as a law student — providing valuable support to the firm’s litigation practice while simultaneously attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. In May 2024, she graduated from the University of Baltimore with her Juris Doctor degree.

With a professional background in plaintiff-side litigation, Morgan has found her true passion in employment law. She ardently fights for equal rights and justice in the workplace and is dedicated to empowering marginalized individuals in their employment.

Outside of the firm, Morgan enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, and attending live music concerts and festivals.
